Paul

Team Tours Ltd was formed in 2004 by Paul Hiscoke.
Paul was involved in junior football for many years and has been involved as Cheltenham Inter-league Manager and Secretary, and has worked with Birmingham FC as local academy representative and scout. Paul was a qualified referee before he became committed to Team Tours. Paul has a genuine love and enthusiasm for this business and he really has great pride in organising tours that the travelling parties will talk about and remember for years to come.

Paul says "With a typical tour lasting only 4 days, there is no time for errors and mistakes. It is vital that all the aspects of the tour from the logistics to the games are buttoned down to ensure everything runs like clockwork".

Matt

Matthew Bound joined Team Tours Ltd after playing professional football for 16 years.

Matt played for several clubs including Southampton, Hull City, Stockport County, Lincoln City, Swansea City, Oxford Utd and Weymouth FC. As well as bringing his experience with professional sport he also has many years of experience in the travel industry from his time as the owner of a holiday company in south Wales.

During his career Matt was fortunate to play football in many different countries. Matt comments that 'There are certain tours that will remain with me for the rest of my life. The football tours were pivotal in my development as a player, but at the same time they were also great fun and an opportunity to get to know my team mates properly.'

Although Matt has played football for most of his life, his second love is rugby having been brought up in a family that were very rugby focused, in the Bath area, he visited The Rec whenever possible to cheer on Bath RFC.

Matt is also an ambassador for The Ben Saunders Foundation which was set up to help children and young adults who have been affected by cancer.
